Heard from Bran at Blog-Irish (my boys! Alright!) who points out that the LA Times headline "Mosques Targeted in Fallujah" is not the first misleading inflammatory headline by the Times.
The Los Angeles Times headline Mosques Targeted in Fallujah to which Donald Rumsfeld called attention was nothing compared to the April 8, 2004 LA Times headline U.S. bombs Mosque in Fallouja - in view of the fact that in paragraph 15 we learn that what was bombed was a "perimeter wall".Bran sorts it all out in great detail.
